🛒 Ingredients
- 1 pork tenderloin
- 250 g small potatoes
- 3 spring onions
- 1 clove garlic
- 150 ml heavy cream
- White wine (optional)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Oil
- 4–5 mushrooms
👨🍳 Preparation
- Cut the pork tenderloin into medallions.
- Heat the baking tray with oil and sear the meat on all sides.
- Add the garlic and sliced spring onions with a pinch of salt and sauté.
- Add a splash of white wine and reduce for about 5 minutes.
- Boil the potatoes in salted water for 10 minutes, then slice them and add them along with the mushrooms.
- Add the cream and season with pepper. Let it cook for another 5 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and serve.
