Pork Tenderloin with Cream and Scallions

🛒 Ingredients

  • 1 pork tenderloin
  • 250 g small potatoes
  • 3 spring onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 150 ml heavy cream
  • White wine (optional)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Oil
  • 4–5 mushrooms

👨🍳 Preparation

  1. Cut the pork tenderloin into medallions.
  2. Heat the baking tray with oil and sear the meat on all sides.
  3. Add the garlic and sliced spring onions with a pinch of salt and sauté.
  4. Add a splash of white wine and reduce for about 5 minutes.
  5. Boil the potatoes in salted water for 10 minutes, then slice them and add them along with the mushrooms.
  6. Add the cream and season with pepper. Let it cook for another 5 minutes.
  7. Turn off the heat and serve.
