🛒 Ingredients
- 1 kg potatoes
- 2 large onions
- 2 spring onions
- 1 kg ground beef
- 200 g pitted green and black olives
- 2 eggs
- Seasonings to taste: cumin, pepper, salt, paprika powder, and oregano
- Mozzarella (as needed)
👨🍳 Preparation
- Peel the potatoes and boil them until soft. Then mash them.
- Heat the griddle (plancha) and add a dash of oil. Chop the onions and fry them until golden brown.
- Season the ground beef with salt and pepper and add it to the onions. Continue frying.
- Mix the meat with the onions and add cumin, oregano, and smoked paprika powder to taste.
- Remove the mixture from the griddle and set aside. Add chopped boiled eggs, olives, and spring onions.
- Spread the mashed potatoes over the griddle, add the meat mixture, then another layer of mashed potatoes, and finish with mozzarella.
- Let the mozzarella melt and serve.
