- Spread the oil over the surface with kitchen paper.
- This is how the pan begins to develop its natural seasoning layer.

After use, maintenance is simple.
- Let the pan cool down slightly.
- Clean with warm water and a soft brush or cloth.
- Avoid aggressive cleaning agents or the dishwasher.
- Dry the pan thoroughly immediately.
- For extra protection, you can apply a very thin layer of oil after cleaning.
