The 1-burner Planchetta with lid combines the heat retention of hot-rolled iron with higher sides and an included aluminium lid. That means you can not only grill and fry, but also simmer, gratinate and finish dishes in no time.
The higher sides keep moisture and juices in — ideal for dishes that need a bit more depth. The lid speeds up cooking, concentrates flavours and prevents splatter.
